Accessible Yoga

What to expect Accessible yoga is an inclusive class for adults 50 and older that adapts each yoga posture to the individual body. Chairs are available, so poses can be done seated or standing.

When and where The class runs on July 22, 2026 from 9:30 to 10:45am at Poway Community Park, Sycamore Hall, 13094 Civic Center Drive. Bring a yoga mat and water, and note there is no late entry once the class has started.
