The 49th annual America's Finest City Half Marathon and 5K run in San Diego on August 16, 2026 at 6am. The half marathon starts at Cabrillo National Monument atop Point Loma, then runs along San Diego Bay, Harbor Island, and the Embarcadero, past the Star of India, through downtown to a finish in Balboa Park. The 5K is a fast, flat course through the heart of the park.
