The Coronado Rotary Low Tide Ride & Stride marks its 29th year on July 18, 2026 with a chip-timed 5K along Coronado's beach during the month's lowest tide. The course starts at Sunset Park, at Ocean Boulevard and Ocean Court, at 8am, running from North Beach down to the Shores and back. You can run, walk, bike, or stroll. Proceeds go to local military and first responders.
