Dr. Seuss's Boids & Beasties
See original drawings from Theodor Seuss Geisel's personal collection at Geisel Library. The exhibition is on the 2nd (main) Floor in the Exhibition Gallery and adjacent hallway.
The show features whimsical creatures the La Jolla resident called "Boids & Beasties." Items come from the UC San Diego Library's Dr. Seuss Collection, donated after his death in 1991. The collection holds more than 20,000 items, including drawings, scrapbooks, sketches, and manuscript drafts.
Dr. Seuss's Boids & Beasties is on view during the building's open hours.
The exhibition is free and open to the public.
