MAVERiC Studio Night Market and Dice Goblins Premiere

Free Night Market and Film Premiere in East Village

MAVERiC Studio brings its Night Market back to Park & Market on Friday, July 24 from 5:00 PM to 11:30 PM. This year celebrates The Year of the Game Master with the San Diego Table Top RPG Alliance.

The evening features the premiere of "Dice Goblins," the studio's first original cinematic short. MAVERiC Studio and Sony Group Corporation developed the film and a companion mixed-reality experience.

Interactive Gaming Hub

A community-led "Tavern of Tables" transforms the venue into a massive table top and immersive gaming hub. The Alumni Arcade returns with all new experiences, alongside industry guests, panels, shows, and activations running all night.

Evening Highlights

The STUDiO Players return to the Guggenheim Theater to close the night with the Dragon City Chronicles actual play. The evening also marks the studio's third anniversary.

An arcade token system is available for the Alumni Arcade and Artist Alley. Tokens can be purchased onsite or in advance through the UC San Diego Bookstore.

Comic Con badges are not required for entry. General admission is free. A VIP Pub Pass costs $75.00 and includes priority seating for feature presentations, access to game master experiences in the Tavern of Tables, and free play in the Alumni Arcade all night.
