Serenity Afloat

Serenity Afloat is a floating sound bath at the VADM Martin Fitness Pool in Coronado on July 23, 2026 at 5:30pm. You rest on a floatation mat, supported by the water, while tones from crystal bowls and other instruments create a meditative atmosphere.

Cost Registration is $35. Open to ages 18 and up.
