Volunteer: National Park Service

The Weed Warriors remove invasive, non-native plants from native habitat at Cabrillo National Monument on Point Loma in San Diego. On August 9, 2026 from 9 to 11am they gather to pull weeds so the coastal sage plant community can recover. The event is free through MWR Liberty and is open to Active Duty junior enlisted, E1 to E6, and geo-bachelors only. Sponsored guests 18 and up are welcome with their active-duty member present.
