We Will Rock You

We Will Rock You runs at New Village Arts in Carlsbad, with a 7:30 p.m. performance on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The jukebox musical is built around more than 20 Queen songs and plays on the Ray Charles Stage in the Conrad Prebys Theatre at 2787 State Street. The full run continues through September 20.

The Show

The story is set in a future where live music has been outlawed and rock has been forgotten. A group of young rebels works to bring guitars and live rock back. Ben Elton wrote the book, and the score strings together Queen hits, including the title track 'We Will Rock You.'
