Blue Water Seafood Market and Grill is a casual seafood counter on India Street in Mission Hills. You order at the register, pick from about 16 kinds of fish, then choose a marinade: blackened, bronzed with brown sugar, bourbon butter, lemon-garlic, teriyaki, or chipotle. The fish comes as a plate with sides, a sandwich, a salad, or tacos. The kitchen also runs fish and chips, oysters, ceviche, lobster bisque, and clam chowder.
