Line Dancing

Line Dancing teaches step patterns set to music for adults 50 and older at Poway's Community Park. The class runs July 29, 2026 from 1 to 3 p.m. in Sycamore Hall at 13094 Civic Center Drive. A new dance is taught each week across different music genres.

What to Expect Instruction runs for the first 30 minutes, then dancers practice the routine. No partner is needed. Wear soft-soled shoes and bring water.

The class gives older Poway residents a weekly reason to move and socialize.
