Misfitz Drag Showcase and Open Stage runs Friday, August 7, 2026 at 8 p.m. on the White Family Next Stage at New Village Arts, 2787 State Street, Carlsbad. Tickets are $10 online or $15 at the door, each with a $3 processing fee. The show is for ages 16 and up.
The Show
The showcase uses an open-stage format built around emerging drag performers. It is a community-driven night meant to spotlight local talent and San Diego County's queer creative community, with performances centered on self-expression and artistry.
The event gives North County audiences a recurring, low-cost drag night in downtown Carlsbad's village.
