Rollin' & Strollin'

Rollin' & Strollin' is a social dance class for adults 50 and older at Poway's Community Park. The class runs July 27, 2026 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in Sycamore Hall at 13094 Civic Center Drive. It adapts basic line-dancing steps for movers of all mobility levels.

What to Expect Instruction runs throughout the session. Wear soft-soled shoes and bring water.

The class gives older Poway residents a low-pressure way to move to music and meet people.
