SUP Lessons with Dad is a stand-up paddleboarding session for dads and their kids on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. It meets at the MCRD Boathouse and Marina on Neville Road, San Diego. Registration is $12 and paddleboards are provided.
What to Know
The beginner lesson covers basic paddling, balance, and water safety. It is open to ages 10 and up, and all participants must be able to swim. Registration closes September 14, 2026.
The session gives San Diego families a low-cost way to try paddleboarding together on the water.
